Open Runvas → Profile (person icon, top right) → tap Restore Purchase. This forces a StoreKit sync with Apple. If the button doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the App Store with the Apple ID you bought on, then try again. Still stuck? Email us the purchase date and we'll verify on Apple's end.

Force-quit (swipe up, flick Runvas away) and relaunch. If it crashes again, please email the approximate action you were taking when it happened — e.g. "tapped Generate on a heart shape" — and your iPhone model + iOS version. That's enough for us to find and fix it.

Runvas needs location permission (While Using) and an internet connection to generate. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Runvas = While Using. If that's set and you're online, try a smaller distance target — dense street grids need more clearance than rural areas.

Cadence matching uses accelerometer data + your Apple Music library. Make sure you've granted Music access (iOS Settings → Privacy → Media & Apple Music → Runvas) and that your library contains songs with tempo metadata. Songs without BPM data can't be matched automatically.

Finish a run → tap Share → Export GPX → save to Files or share to Strava directly. Strava's mobile app can import any GPX file from your iCloud Drive.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Runvas purchase, and request a refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours. Once they refund, the Remove Ads entitlement is automatically revoked in the app.
