The app crashed or froze
Force-quit (swipe up, flick Runvas away) and relaunch. If it crashes again, please email the approximate action you were taking when it happened — e.g. "tapped Generate on a heart shape" — and your iPhone model + iOS version. That's enough for us to find and fix it.
Routes aren't generating near me
Runvas needs location permission (While Using) and an internet connection to generate. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Runvas = While Using. If that's set and you're online, try a smaller distance target — dense street grids need more clearance than rural areas.
How do I export to Strava?
Finish a run → tap Share → Export GPX → save to Files or share to Strava directly. Strava's mobile app can import any GPX file from your iCloud Drive.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes, please. Email us with "feature request" in the subject and tell us what you'd use it for. Every v1.x release since launch has had at least one feature requested by a user.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone first. Drop your email on the home page if you want to be notified when we start building Android.
